We don’t see things as they are; we see things as we are.

We see what we want to see; we believe what we want to believe. Truth is easily distorted; people are easily deceived.

To feel loved, one must give much love. To be honored, one must show honor. To be respected, one must respect others.

It’s not how much you have, it’s not how much you’ve done, it’s not how much you know; it’s simply Who you know.

Possessions will fail you, people will fail you, the system will fail you; Christ’s love will never fail you.

For the victorious Christian life, the prize at the end of the race is Jesus.
